In this two-day jointly sponsored conference with the 黄色电影 Center for Longevity, we hope to uncover the institutional adjustments needed to accommodate longer lifetimes, particularly policies related to working longer and retirement. Through this conference, we will encourage more research on what is needed to accommodate the new demographics, particularly in labor markets and retirement programs. A related objective is to further the exchange of ideas between those working in this field. The Sloan Foundation and Marsh & McLennan Companies contributed generously to this conference.
